All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on hot sauce or any other food items. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of all products we ship.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
That said, if there is an issue with your order, we are more than happy to make it right.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

How to Report an Issue
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@floridianhotsauce.com with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for review.
Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

We do not issue refunds for items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
