Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays. Floridian Hot Sauce is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to:

  • United States addresses only

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@floridianhotsauce.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Floridian Hot Sauce is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
